Orders

Which members are available?

We currently have all 7 BTS members. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook. Each version is designed around that member's signature aesthetic so no two are the same.

Can I order more than one member version?

Absolutely. Many fans order their bias plus their bias wrecker. We fully support that decision.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel or modify it.

What size photocards fit in the holder?

The holder fits standard K-pop photocards (55mm x 85mm). Most official BTS photocards will fit perfectly.

How do I attach it?

The keychain comes with a carabiner clip that attaches easily to bags, keys, belt loops, or lanyards.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Simply enter your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to your location.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. After that, your order will be dispatched and delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. So from the moment you order, you can expect your Bias Key to arrive within 9 to 17 business days in total.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions so keep an eye on our social media for announcements.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What if my item gets lost in transit?

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and find a resolution for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify which uses industry standard SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Returns and Support

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalised and collectible nature of our products we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We've got you. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will sort it out.

Will you release other groups or artists?
